From Academic Preparation to Practical Impact

My academic path provided a strong technical and analytical foundation. During my Master of Science in Data Analytics at George Washington University, I gained hands-on experience with tools and techniques that would prove crucial in my role, including:

• Programming for Analytics (Python) – Writing efficient scripts to automate data workflows and analyses.
• Introduction to Big Data & Analytics – Handling and extracting insights from large, complex datasets.
• Applied Machine Learning – Designing models to solve business problems and predict future outcomes.
• Database Management – Mastering SQL and database design for efficient data access and storage.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (R) – Using statistical and visual techniques to uncover data patterns.
• Data-Driven Policies – Learning how data can support impactful business and policy decisions.

Before this, I earned a Master of Science in Innovative Software Systems at the National University of Science and Technology in Moscow, where I explored advanced topics such as Artificial Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Web Services and SaaS Design. These experiences shaped my ability to approach data challenges from both a theoretical and applied perspective.

My time at TecAlliance was defined by a blend of technical innovation and strategic problem-solving. I worked with a wide range of tools—Python, R, SQL, Spark, Power BI, and Apache NiFi—to deliver high-impact solutions. Some of my major contributions include:

• Machine Learning for Market Strategy: Designed and deployed machine learning models to uncover business trends and customer behavior, directly informing market expansion strategies in the CIS region.
• Data Pipeline Automation: Engineered and automated scalable pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing both structured and unstructured data—ensuring reliability and speed across distributed systems.
• AI-Powered Recommendation Engine: Led the development of a recommendation system for automotive parts classification, enhancing the relevance and usability of product data for customers.
• Advanced Query Optimization: Wrote complex SQL queries and Elasticsearch scripts to support fast, reliable access to large datasets, enabling real-time analytics and reporting.
• Visual Reporting & Executive Dashboards: Developed interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to present key insights to stakeholders, streamlining decision-making across teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnered with product managers, engineers, and business strategists to define KPIs, refine metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations for performance improvements.
• Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Trained 14 internal team members and 5 external clients on TecDoc systems and data workflows, while documenting best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
