Prior to this, I earned a Master of Science in Innovative Software System: Development, Design, and Application from the National University of Science and Technology in Moscow, Russia. Here, I took courses like Machine Learning, Artificial Neural Networks, and Web Services and SaaS Design that expanded my knowledge of advanced technologies and data science applications.

• Uncovering Actionable Insights: By analyzing large-scale datasets using Python, R, and SQL, I delivered actionable insights that informed strategic decisions.
• Automating Reporting Processes: Using tools like Power BI and Excel, I automated reporting processes, which improved efficiency and clarity in communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams, I addressed specific data needs, contributing to initiatives such as expanding market engagement in CIS countries.
• Training and Documentation: I documented and standardized workflows while training 14 internal team members and 5 external clients on the TecDoc system, enhancing operational efficiency.

One of my standout achievements was leading a data-driven strategy at TecAlliance that improved market engagement, showcasing the power of data to drive business growth.

Working at TecAlliance from August 2021 to February 2023 was a transformative experience. TecAlliance is a global leader in data management solutions for the automotive industry, and my role as a Data Analyst provided opportunities to:

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that supported key decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure the reliability and clarity of datasets.
• Implement quality control measures to enhance data accuracy and usability.
• Optimize data pipelines and automate workflows, resulting in a more efficient data management system.
• Train and mentor colleagues and clients on data systems, including TecDoc, ensuring successful adoption and usage.
